By accessing or using Brixor's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Description of Service

Brixor provides a software platform that enables contractors to create estimates, invoices, and contracts. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of Brixor, you must create an account. You may do so via email and password or by using a supported third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Brixor is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Third-Party Services

Brixor integrates with third-party services like Google for authentication and Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. By using Google OAuth, you agree to comply with Google's terms and acknowledge that Brixor's access to your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Brixor is designed for professional contractors. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose of project management, estimating, and client communication. You shall not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including the distribution of spam or malicious content.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Brixor reserves the right to modify its pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of access to the BRIXOR Intelligence Engine.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
